FUCA (Flexibele en Universele Compromis Analyse) is een rangschikkende multi-criteria besluitvormingsmethode (MCDM) geïntroduceerd door Raveh, A. in 2000. Het transformeert een beslissingsmatrix van alternatieven gescoord op meerdere criteria in een gestructureerd, reproduceerbaar resultaat.
