AHP-BOCR
AHP-BOCR is een uitbreiding van de Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) die strategische perspectieven incorporeert via het BOCR-raamwerk: Benefits (voordelen), Opportunities (kansen), Costs (kosten) en Risks (risico's). In plaats van één enkel doel te optimaliseren, ontleedt AHP-BOCR beslissingen in vier strategische dimensies en gebruikt een formule (Voordelen × Kansen) / (Kosten × Risico's) om een strategische prioriteit te synthetiseren. Deze aanpak is bijzonder geschikt voor complexe, langetermijnbeslissingen met meerdere stakeholderperspectieven.
