Developed by Guigoz, Vellas, and colleagues in 1994, it combines subjective assessment with objective anthropometric and laboratory measurements. It is widely used in clinical practice, research, and community settings to detect nutritional decline and guide intervention. | The Mediterranean Diet Adherence Screener is a 14-item food frequency questionnaire designed to rapidly assess adherence to the Mediterranean dietary pattern.
