Samenvatting	Longitudinal phenomenology applies phenomenological inquiry across two or more time points to capture how participants' lived experience of a phenomenon changes, deepens, or transforms over time. Rooted in the phenomenological tradition of Husserl and Heidegger, it adds an explicit temporal dimension — asking not only what an experience is like, but how it evolves.
