Equivalent Statische Analyse
Equivalent statische analyse is de eenvoudigste seismische ontwerpmethode, die aardbevingseffecten voorstelt als één enkele statische laterale kracht die wordt toegepast op het massamiddelpunt of verdeeld over de gebouwhoogte. Gestandaardiseerd door SEAOC in 1959 en opgenomen in moderne bouwvoorschriften, is het de meest gebruikte methode voor het ontwerpen van regelmatige gebouwen.
