Analisis Kod Statik

Analisis kod statik memeriksa kod sumber secara automatik tanpa pelaksanaan, mengesan potensi pepijat, kelemahan keselamatan, bau kod (code smells), dan pelanggaran gaya. Dipelopori oleh Engler dan Pugh (2001), alatan analisis automatik mengimbas pangkalan kod secara berskala, mengenal pasti corak kecacatan dengan lebih pantas berbanding semakan manual. Organisasi mengintegrasikan analisis statik ke dalam saluran pembinaan berterusan (continuous integration pipelines) untuk mencegah kecacatan awal.
