Analisis Corak Interferens
Analisis corak interferens ialah metodologi komputasi untuk mengekstrak maklumat kuantitatif daripada corak interferens yang direkodkan dalam sistem optik. Berakar umbi daripada eksperimen celah berkembar Thomas Young pada tahun 1801 dan diformalkan dalam metrologi abad ke-20, pendekatan ini mentafsir corak spatial interferens membina dan memusnah untuk mengukur topografi permukaan, aberasi optik, taburan indeks biasan, dan sifat optik lain dengan ketepatan tinggi.
