Kajian Ketepatan Diagnostik Multiselen

Kajian ketepatan diagnostik multiselenter menilai sejauh mana ujian indeks (contohnya, biomarker, modaliti pengimejan, atau peraturan ramalan klinikal) mengenal pasti keadaan sasaran apabila dijalankan di dua atau lebih tapak klinikal bebas. Dengan merekrut pesakit dari pelbagai latar, ia menghasilkan anggaran sensitiviti, spesifisiti, dan nisbah kemungkinan yang lebih sah secara luaran berbanding yang diperoleh daripada satu pusat, dan ia membolehkan penilaian eksplisit tentang bagaimana prestasi ujian berbeza-beza di seluruh tapak, populasi pesakit, dan tahap kemahiran pengendali.
