Rangkaian saraf graf separuh selia melatih GNN pada graf di mana hanya sebahagian kecil nod mempunyai label, menggunakan penghantaran mesej kejiranan untuk menyebarkan maklumat daripada nod berlabel kepada nod tidak berlabel. Pendekatan ini, yang dipopularkan oleh Rangkaian Konvolusional Graf Kipf dan Welling pada tahun 2017, mencapai ketepatan klasifikasi nod yang tinggi walaupun contoh berlabel jarang ditemui.
