ROUGH-SAW (ROUGH-SAW — Pengembangan kasar SAW) ialah kaedah pembuatan keputusan pelbagai kriteria (MCDM) berperingkat yang diperkenalkan oleh Stević, Ž. Pamučar, D. Zavadskas, E.K. Ćirović, G. Prentkovskis, O. pada tahun 2017. Ia menukar matriks keputusan alternatif yang diskor pada pelbagai kriteria kepada hasil yang tersusun dan boleh dihasilkan semula.
