ROUGH-MOORA (ROUGH-MOORA — Pelanjutan Kasar MOORA) ialah kaedah multi-kriteria pengurusan keputusan (MCDM) untuk penarafan yang diperkenalkan oleh Brauers, W.K.M. Zavadskas, E.K. pada tahun 2006. Ia menukarkan matriks keputusan alternatif yang dinilai berdasarkan pelbagai kriteria kepada hasil yang tersusun dan boleh dihasilkan semula.
