PROMETHEE (PROMETHEE II — Kaedah Penganjuran Keutamaan METHod untuk Pengayaan Penilaian) ialah satu kaedah pemutusan keputusan pelbagai kriteria (MCDM) jenis outranking yang diperkenalkan oleh Brans, J. P., Vincke, Ph., Mareschal, B. pada tahun 1986. Ia menukarkan matriks keputusan alternatif yang dinilai berdasarkan pelbagai kriteria kepada satu hasil yang tersusun dan boleh dihasilkan semula.
