Open Shortest Path First (OSPF)
OSPF adalah protokol gateway interior (IGP) berbasis state-link untuk perutean di dalam sistem otonom. Diperkenalkan oleh John Moy pada tahun 1998, OSPF memiliki konvergensi lebih cepat daripada protokol distance-vector dan mendukung multipath berbiaya sama (ECMP). Protokol ini masih banyak digunakan dalam jaringan perusahaan dan ISP untuk perutean intra-domain, meskipun IS-IS semakin disukai di jaringan backbone besar.
