Model Kesalahan Spasial Panel (panel SEM) memperluas model kesalahan spasial klasik ke data panel, yang memungkinkan ketergantungan spasial masuk melalui suku kesalahan di seluruh unit lintas sektoral selama beberapa periode waktu. Model ini memperhitungkan variabel yang dihilangkan yang berkorelasi secara spasial tanpa memaksakan limpahan substantif dalam hasil itu sendiri.
