Estimasi Poin Kasus Penggunaan
Estimasi poin kasus penggunaan (Use Case Point atau UCP) mengukur upaya pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan menganalisis kasus penggunaan dan faktor lingkungan. Diperkenalkan oleh Karner (1993) untuk metodologi Objectory, UCP menyediakan pendekatan terstruktur untuk memperkirakan jam kerja dari kebutuhan sistem. Organisasi menggunakan UCP untuk meramalkan durasi proyek, mengalokasikan sumber daya, dan memvalidasi rencana proyek tingkat tinggi di awal pengembangan.
