Analisis faktor konfirmatori Bayesian menguji struktur faktor yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya menggunakan inferensi Bayesian. Alih-alih estimasi titik dengan nilai-p, ia menghasilkan distribusi posterior penuh untuk pembebanan, korelasi faktor, dan varians residual, yang memungkinkan peneliti untuk memasukkan pengetahuan sebelumnya dan menyebarkan ketidakpastian parameter secara alami.
