Analisis Frinji Interferogram
Analisis frinji interferogram adalah metodologi komputasi untuk mengekstrak informasi kuantitatif dari pola frinji interferensi yang direkam dalam sistem optik. Berakar dari eksperimen celah ganda Thomas Young tahun 1801 dan diformalkan dalam metrologi abad ke-20, pendekatan ini menafsirkan pola spasial interferensi konstruktif dan destruktif untuk mengukur topografi permukaan, aberasi optik, distribusi indeks bias, dan sifat optik lainnya dengan presisi tinggi.
