Segmentasi instans adaptif domain memperluas arsitektur bergaya Mask R-CNN untuk beroperasi melintasi pergeseran distribusi — melatih pada domain sumber berlabel (misalnya, rendering sintetis atau gambar siang hari) dan beradaptasi dengan domain target yang tidak berlabel atau berlabel lemah (misalnya, pemandangan nyata atau rekaman malam hari). Penyelarasan fitur adversarial dan pelatihan mandiri menutup kesenjangan domain pada granularitas tingkat gambar dan tingkat instans.
