Pendekatan Prioritas Ordinal
Pendekatan Prioritas Ordinal (OPA) adalah keluarga metode yang menurunkan bobot kriteria langsung dari peringkat ordinal daripada preferensi kardinal (numerik). Alih-alih meminta pengambil keputusan untuk menetapkan nilai bobot yang tepat atau perbandingan rasio, OPA hanya bertanya: kriteria mana yang paling penting, mana yang kedua, dst. Metode ini kemudian mengubah peringkat ordinal ini menjadi bobot numerik menggunakan rumus geometris atau statistik.
