AHP-BOCR
AHP-BOCR adalah perluasan dari Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) yang mengintegrasikan perspektif strategis melalui kerangka kerja BOCR: Benefits (Manfaat), Opportunities (Peluang), Costs (Biaya), dan Risks (Risiko). Alih-alih mengoptimalkan satu tujuan tunggal, AHP-BOCR menguraikan keputusan ke dalam empat dimensi strategis dan menggunakan formula (Manfaat × Peluang) / (Biaya × Risiko) untuk mensintesis prioritas strategis. Pendekatan ini sangat cocok untuk keputusan jangka panjang yang kompleks dengan berbagai perspektif pemangku kepentingan.
