ANOVA Bayesian
ANOVA Bayesian, diformalkan oleh Rouder, Morey, Speckman dan Province (2012), menguji apakah rerata kelompok berbeda dengan mengukur bukti untuk hipotesis alternatif relatif terhadap hipotesis nol menggunakan Faktor Bayes (BF₁₀). Berbeda dengan ANOVA klasik, metode ini juga dapat mengukur bukti yang mendukung hipotesis nol, sehingga sama informatifnya ketika kelompok tidak berbeda.
