आंशिक सहसंबंध (Partial Correlation)
आंशिक सहसंबंध दो सतत चरों के बीच रैखिक संबंध को मापता है, जिसमें एक या अधिक नियंत्रण चरों के साझा प्रभाव को हटाने के बाद। इस तकनीक को आर. ए. फिशर (R. A. Fisher) ने 1924 में औपचारिक रूप दिया था और यह मानक दृष्टिकोण है जब भी कोई शोधकर्ता को संदेह होता है कि तीसरा चर रुचि के दो चरों के बीच देखे गए संबंध को बढ़ाता है या दबाता है।
