ऑनलाइन एफपी-ग्रोथ (Online FP-growth) एल्गोरिथम का एक वृद्धिशील विस्तार है जो पूर्ण एफपी-ट्री (FP-tree) को खरोंच से फिर से बनाए बिना लगातार आने वाली लेनदेन धाराओं (transaction streams) से बार-बार आने वाले आइटमसेट (frequent itemsets) का खनन करता है। यह नए लेनदेन आने पर मौजूदा कॉम्पैक्ट ट्री संरचना को अपडेट करता है, जिससे यह वास्तविक समय और उच्च-वेग डेटा वातावरण के लिए उपयुक्त हो जाता है जहाँ पूर्ण डेटाबेस स्कैन अव्यावहारिक है।
