Rather than rebuilding the full hierarchy from scratch with each new observation, it maintains and locally updates the mutual reachability graph, minimum spanning tree, condensed cluster tree, and stability-based cluster extraction, enabling continuous density-based clustering without full-dataset reprocessing.
