Developed by Luc Guyonnet and colleagues in 2000, this 20-item questionnaire assesses how heart failure affects dyspnea, fatigue, emotional function, and activity limitation. It is used in heart failure clinical trials and research to quantify patient-experienced burden and treatment benefit.The DQOL is a patient-reported measure of quality of life impact in people with diabetes.
