ראיון מובנה נייד הוא טכניקת איסוף נתונים סטנדרטית שבה מראיין — או משיב הממלא באופן עצמאי — עונה על קבוצה קבועה ומוגדרת מראש של שאלות באמצעות יישום בסמארטפון או בטאבלט. כל משיב מקבל ניסוח שאלה ואפשרויות תשובה זהות, מה שמבטיח השוואתיות בין מקרים תוך מינוף הטווח, יכולות המיקום הגיאוגרפי והפונקציונליות הלא מקוונת של מכשירים ניידים.
