מטריצת שיטות מעורבות סדרתיות — שילוב ממצאים כמותיים ואיכותניים
מטריצת שיטות מעורבות סדרתיות היא כלי שילוב המשמש בעיצובים סדרתיים של שיטות מעורבות — הסבריים (QUAN → qual) או חקרניים (qual → QUAN) — להצגה וסינתזה של תוצאות כמותיות וממצאים איכותניים זה לצד זה בטבלה מובנית. מטריצה זו, הנקראת גם מטריצת תצוגה משולבת (joint display matrix), הופכת את תהליך הקישור בין שני נתיבי הראיות לגלוי, שקוף וניתן לביקורת, ומסייעת לחוקרים להסיק מטא-היסקים (meta-inferences) שאף נתיב בנפרד אינו יכול לתמוך בהם.
