מיפוי זרם הערך (VSM) הוא טכניקת ניהול רזה (lean management) המשמשת להמחשה, ניתוח ושיפור של זרימת החומרים והמידע הנדרשים להבאת מוצר או שירות מקלט גולמי לאספקה ללקוח. VSM, שהוצג על ידי מייק רות'ר וג'ון שוק בספרון הלימוד שלהם משנת 1999, Learning to See, שואב מהמסורת של מערכת הייצור של טויוטה כדי לחשוף בזבוז, עיכובים ופעילויות שאינן מוסיפות ערך לאורך כל זרם הערך של הייצור.
