תוקף מבנה אורך (Longitudinal Construct Validity)
תוקף מבנה אורך בוחן האם סולם פסיכולוגי מודד את אותו מבנה סמוי (latent construct) באותה צורה לאורך נקודות זמן מרובות. הדבר נבדק על ידי הידוק הדרגתי של מודל פקטורים מאשר (confirmatory factor model) בין גלים שונים והשוואת התאמת המודל, תוך הבטחה שציוני השינוי הנצפים משקפים שינוי אמיתי בתכונה הבסיסית ולא סחיפה במדידה.
