ערך נעילת הפאזה (PLV) הוא מדד מתחום התדר לסנכרון עצבי המכמת את יציבות הפרש הפאזה בין שני אותות. ה-PLV, שהוצג על ידי Lachaux ועמיתיו בשנת 1999, מזהה צימוד פאזה בין אזורי מוח באופן בלתי תלוי במשרעת האות, ומאפשר לחוקרים לאפיין קישוריות תפקודית מרישומי EEG ו-MEG.
