מרכזיות ביניים בייסיאנית (Bayesian Betweenness Centrality) אומדת באיזו תדירות צומת נמצא על המסלולים הקצרים ביותר ברשת, תוך כימות מפורש של אי-ודאות הנובעת מתצפיות חסרות, מדגמיות או רועשות על קשתות. במקום להפיק אומדן נקודתי יחיד, היא מספקת התפלגות פוסטריורית של ציוני מרכזיות ביניים, המאפשרת מרווחי אמינות והשוואות הסתברותיות בין צמתים.
