פרופיילינג גאוגרפי
פרופיילינג גאוגרפי הוא שיטת ניתוח מרחבי המשמשת בחקירות פליליות לאיתור עבריינים על בסיס מיקומי פשעיהם. השיטה, שפותחה על ידי דיוויד קנטר בשנת 1994, משלבת גאוסטטיסטיקה, תורת ההסתברות וניתוח דפוסי פשיעה לזיהוי אזורי מקור פשיעה בעלי סבירות גבוהה. השיטה אומצה באופן נרחב על ידי רשויות אכיפת החוק בצפון אמריקה ובאירופה.
