It encompasses construct definition, item generation, expert review, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, reliability estimation, and validity evidence collection — producing a final set of items suitable for quantitative research. | Construct validity is the degree to which a test or scale actually measures the theoretical construct it is intended to measure.
