The scale recognizes that HD burden extends beyond neurological deficits to profound impacts on identity, family relationships, and existential well-being. | The NMSS is a comprehensive 30-item scale designed to assess the prevalence and impact of non-motor symptoms (NMS) in Parkinson's disease.
