ניתוח פריור מצומד
ניתוח פריור מצומד הוא סוג של שיטות היסק בייסיאני שבהן התפלגות הפריור והלייקליוד שייכות למשפחה תואמת — הנקראת זוג מצומד — כך שהתפלגות הפוסטריור בעלת אותה צורה פונקציונלית בדיוק כמו הפריור וניתן לגזור אותה בצורה סגורה. ניתוח מצומד, שהוצג באופן שיטתי על ידי Raiffa ו-Schlaifer (1961) וגובש על ידי DeGroot (1970), מהווה את עמוד השדרה הפדגוגי של סטטיסטיקה בייסיאנית מבואית וכלי מעשי בכל פעם שנדרשת יכולת עיבוד אנליטית.
