TNORM-EINSTEIN (Einstein T-norm — Einsteinin tulo ja summa IFN/PFN-aggregaatiolle) on t-normi monikriteerinen päätöksentekomenetelmä (MCDM), jonka esittelivät Klement, E.P.; Mesiar, R.; Pap, E. / Xu, Z.; Yager, R.R. vuonna 1963; 2007. Se muuntaa vaihtoehtojen päätösmatriisin, joka on pisteytetty useiden kriteerien perusteella, jäsennellyksi, toistettavaksi tulokseksi.
