Tiivistelmä	Sequential case-focused mixed methods design combines the depth of case study methodology with the phased data-collection logic of sequential mixed methods. Quantitative and qualitative data are gathered in distinct, ordered phases — either QUAN then QUAL or QUAL then QUAN — and both strands are anchored within one or more bounded cases. The design is suited to research questions that require understanding how and why phenomena unfold within specific real-world contexts.	Case-focused mixed methods design integrates qualitative and quantitative data-collection strands within one or more bounded cases — specific settings, organizations, programs, or individuals. The design harnesses the contextual depth of case study methodology alongside the corroborative or complementary power of mixed data types, enabling researchers to build rich, multi-faceted accounts of complex phenomena situated in real-world contexts.
