Variational Quantum Eigensolver

Variational Quantum Eigensolver (VQE) on hübriidne kvant-klassikaline algoritm, mis on loodud kvant-Hamiltoniaani madalaima omaväärtuse (põhiseisundi energia) leidmiseks. Peruzzo jt. poolt 2014. aastal tutvustatud algoritm kasutab varieerimispõhimõtet, et ühendada kvantringide võimsus klassikalise optimeerimisega, et lahendada keemia ja materjaliteaduse probleeme lähiaja kvantseadmetel.
