Shori algoritm

Shori algoritm on polünoomajaline kvantalgoritm suurte täisarvude teguriteks lahutamiseks ja diskreetsete logaritmide arvutamiseks, mis on ülesanded, mida peetakse klassikalistes arvutites ületamatuks. Peter Shori poolt 1994. aastal avastatud algoritm näitas kvantarvutite potentsiaali murda laialdaselt kasutatavaid krüptograafiasüsteeme nagu RSA, tähistades kvantcomputing'u teoorias verstaposti.
