ResumenVOSviewer-assisted co-word analysis is a scientometric pipeline that constructs and visualizes keyword co-occurrence networks from a bibliographic corpus using VOSviewer software. By mapping how often pairs of author-assigned or index keywords appear together in the same publications, the method reveals the intellectual structure of a research field — its dominant themes, emerging topics, and conceptual clusters — producing interactive density and network maps that support systematic interpretation.Bibliometric analysis applies statistical and mathematical methods to bibliographic records — publications, citations, authors, journals, and keywords — to measure and map the structure, output, and intellectual evolution of a research field. It is widely used to identify influential works, prolific authors, productive journals, collaboration networks, and emerging research themes across any academic discipline.
