| Resumen≠ | The MPS is a 35-item self-report measure of perfectionism across six domains: concern over mistakes, personal standards, parental expectations, parental criticism, doubt about actions, and organization. Developed by Frost and colleagues in 1990, it is the most comprehensive multidimensional perfectionism measure, distinguishing adaptive from maladaptive perfectionism and identifying perfectionism as transdiagnostic risk factor in depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and obsessive-compulsive pathology. | The IUS-12 is a 12-item self-report measure of intolerance of uncertainty, a cognitive vulnerability factor underlying anxiety across multiple disorders. Developed by Carleton, Norton, and Asmundson in 2007 as short form of the original IUS-27, it measures difficulty accepting or managing uncertainty and associated anxiety. Intolerance of uncertainty is recognized as transdiagnostic cognitive characteristic linked to generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, panic, and obsessive-compulsive pathology. |
