When to use it
K_i ∈ [1, 2n+1]. Higher K means better. The functional mapping to [1, 2n+1] ensures that rank reversal cannot occur when alternatives are added or removed — unlike TOPSIS, EDAS, and most other MCDM methods. Ideal I* and anti-ideal I° must be set by the decision-maker to reflect the full feasible range of each criterion.
