Multi-omics metabolomics analysis
Multi-omics metabolomics analysis integrates metabolite profiling data — derived from mass spectrometry or NMR spectroscopy — with genomic, transcriptomic, and/or proteomic datasets to build a system-level view of biological phenotypes.
