Zusammenfassung	The Unified Huntington's Disease Rating Scale (UHDRS) is the comprehensive, multidomain assessment instrument for Huntington's disease, a neurodegenerative disorder caused by expanded CAG trinucleotide repeats. Developed by the Huntington Study Group in 1996, the UHDRS measures motor, cognitive, functional, and psychiatric manifestations of disease. The EDSS is the most widely used clinical disability rating scale in multiple sclerosis research and practice.
