ZusammenfassungTransfer Learning GAN initialises a Generative Adversarial Network — or both its generator and discriminator — from weights pretrained on a large source dataset, then fine-tunes the network on a smaller target dataset. This approach allows high-quality generative modelling even when target-domain data are scarce, by reusing low- and mid-level feature representations learned at scale. The Variational Autoencoder (VAE) is a deep generative latent-variable model, introduced by Diederik Kingma and Max Welling in 2014, that encodes data as a probability distribution in a latent space and samples from that distribution to generate new examples. It is used for data generation, anomaly detection, and feature learning.
