| Zusammenfassung≠ | The Pilot ABA Design is a small-scale single-subject experiment that applies the ABA reversal structure — baseline, intervention, withdrawal — to test the feasibility, acceptability, and preliminary effect of an intervention before committing to a full-scale study. It provides early evidence of whether the treatment produces a detectable change and whether the reversal is ethically and practically achievable. | Single-subject experimental design (SSED) establishes experimental control by repeatedly measuring one individual (or a small number of individuals) across baseline and intervention phases, using the participant as their own control. Instead of comparing groups, it compares the participant's own behavior across conditions over time.
