A brief 6-item version provides rapid initial screening. The scale has become standard first-step screening in primary care, occupational medicine, and mental health settings, particularly valuable for identifying undiagnosed ADHD in working-age adults. | The CDS is a 29-item self-report measure of depersonalisation and derealisation experiences, developed by Sierra and Berrios in 2000.
