Bayesiansk tovejs ANOVA

Bayesiansk tovejs ANOVA udvider den klassiske tovejs variansanalyse ved at erstatte p-værdier med Bayes-faktorer og posterior-fordelinger. Den kvantificerer evidens for eller imod hovedeffekter og deres interaktion ved hjælp af prior-vægtede model-sammenligninger, hvilket giver konklusioner, der er direkte fortolkelige i probabilistiske termer snarere end at stole på en fast signifikans-tærskel.
