Robust Getis-Ord Gi* Statistik

Den robuste Getis-Ord Gi* statistik udvider det klassiske Gi* hot-spot mål til at håndtere outliers i spatiale data. Ved at anvende robuste estimatorer for middelværdien og variansen – såsom trimmede middelværdier, medianer eller nedvægtede indflydelsesrige observationer – identificerer den statistisk signifikante spatiale klynger af høje eller lave værdier, selv når attributfordelingen indeholder ekstreme værdier, der ville forvrænge den standard Gi*.
