Interpretiv Straussian Grounded Theory

Interpretiv Straussian grounded theory kombinerer de systematiske kodningsprocedurer udviklet af Anselm Strauss og Juliet Corbin med en interpretivistisk epistemologisk holdning. Den anvender åben, aksial og selektiv kodning – struktureret omkring en paradigmodel af betingelser, handlinger og konsekvenser – til induktivt at opbygge en substantiel teori ud fra kvalitative data, samtidig med at det anerkendes, at forskeren aktivt konstruerer mening snarere end at opdage forudgående fakta.
